The house

An 82 m² house all to yourselves, in Ruaudin (72230, Sarthe, France). On the ground floor, the living room and its dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and the brick bedroom, with one double bed. Upstairs, under the slope of the roof, the mustard bedroom and its two single beds, the blue bedroom and its double bed, and the bathroom with a bathtub. Two separate toilets, one on each floor.

Sheets, towels, a full kitchen, coffee and a cot are already there, and the wifi runs on fibre. Outside, a fully enclosed garden with a barbecue, and a space in the driveway. No air conditioning.

Anthony is the one who answers messages and gives the travel times from the house. A secure key box lets you arrive whenever you like from 5 pm, no appointment needed.

By car, the 24 Hours circuit and the Boulerie Jump ground are 8 minutes away, the European Horse Centre 15 minutes, La Flèche zoo 43 minutes. On foot, the bakery, the pharmacy and the Carrefour Express are 5 minutes away, the Petit Plessis stop on bus line 27 is 10 minutes away, and the neighbourhood playground is a short walk.

Staying

Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am. Six guests at most, pets allowed, no smoking, no parties or events, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am; stays of a month or more are welcome. From €85 a night, all taxes included, with no cleaning fee; tourist tax extra. Prices vary with the dates, and the exact price shows before you pay.
