Booking terms

These terms apply to direct bookings of the house, made with Lodgify’s booking calendar. A booking made on Airbnb or Booking.com follows that platform’s terms.

The lessor

The house is let by Anthony Razafindramanana, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel, EI), SIREN 844 524 488, 18 avenue de Maignon, 64600 Anglet, France.

The accommodation

A whole 82 m² house in Ruaudin (72230, Sarthe, France), for up to six guests: three bedrooms, a bathroom, two separate toilets, an enclosed garden and a parking space. Its full description is on the home page.

This is a seasonal rental of furnished tourist accommodation (meublé de tourisme), to guests passing through who do not make it their home: the house is not let as a main residence.

The price

The price depends on the dates. It shows in the booking calendar, all taxes included, before you pay. Booking direct gives you a 10% discount on the price of the nights, shown in the price breakdown.

The price covers the whole house, with no cleaning fee and no extra charge per guest.

If you bring a pet, an extra €30 per stay is added; you select it when you book.

The local tourist tax is added to the price; its amount is shown when you book.

Payment

A first payment of 50% of the price is made when you book, and the balance 7 days before arrival. Payment is by bank card, on Lodgify’s payment page, through Stripe. The booking is confirmed immediately.

Cancellation

If you cancel up to and including the day of arrival, 50% of the amounts already paid is refunded to you. After that day, nothing is refunded.

No right of withdrawal

Under article L. 221-28, 12°, of the French Consumer Code, renting accommodation for a specific date does not give a right of withdrawal.

Security deposit

A security deposit of €300 is requested as a pre-authorisation on your bank card: it is taken the day before arrival and released on the day of departure, without any charge. It is only collected if damage is found, up to the cost of repair, and after you have been told.

Check-in, check-out and length of stay

Check-in from 5 pm, with a secure key box; check-out before 11 am.

A stay lasts at least 2 nights (more on some dates) and at most 31 nights per online booking; for a longer stay, write to Anthony before booking. You can book up to 270 days ahead.

The house rules apply during the stay: six guests at most, quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, no parties or events, no smoking; pets are allowed.

Booking through Lodgify

Direct bookings are made with Lodgify, the booking software Anthony uses: the calendar, the price breakdown and the payment appear on its pages. Lodgify processes your data on Anthony’s behalf, as the privacy policy explains.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts of the place where you live.
